Meet Dr. Julia

Dr. Julia Wiegand, or Dr. Julia as she likes to be called, was inspired to pursue dentistry, and ultimately pediatric dentistry, by her father who was a dual specialist in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.

Dr. Julia graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. While there, she played four years of varsity tennis—Hook ‘Em! She then returned to her hometown of San Antonio and graduated from the University of Texas Health College of Dentistry in 2018. Following dental school, she and her husband moved to Dallas where she completed her pediatric dental residency at Texas A&M/Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Julia is member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.

Dr. Julia, her husband EJ, and her son Sam, love spending time outdoors with their dog, Aslan. They are excited to explore outdoor activities in Colorado, especially hiking and skiing. She is an avid reader and Harry Potter fan, and loves finding new books to read.
